I enjoyed the spacious Family Suite, which offered enough room for my family. The included breakfast had delightful options like garlic rice with various delicious Filipino dishes each day. However, our experience had its drawbacks. The air conditioning units were loud and ineffective, even after transferring rooms. Some bathroom facilities, like the toilet, didn’t work properly, which was frustrating when we needed them. Additionally, it took too long for staff to address our requests, which made our stay less comfortable. Although the staff tried to help, there were clear gaps in maintenance and service that need attention.
